Google Workspace - Tempo

Tempo connects to Google Workspace to sync email and calendar data. This context is used to associate activity with the opportunities, accounts, and contacts in your CRM, and to surface potential CRM updates.

Permissions

Tempo requests the following OAuth scopes:

Scope	Purpose
`email`	Identify the authenticated user
`openid`	Identify the authenticated user
`profile`	Identify the authenticated user
`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly`	Read email messages
`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly`	Read calendar events

When you choose Google Docs output for an Automation, Tempo may ask you to authorize one more scope:

What we do with these permissions

Query and sync email messages and calendar events
Associate that activity with relevant Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts
Form the basis of potential updates to CRM record values
