Settings is where you configure Deal Brain for everyone in your workspace. Open it from the web app; a Back to Deal Brain link at the top returns you to the product, and Logout sits at the bottom of the navigation. If you’re standing up Deal Brain for the first time, work through Set up your organization first — this page is the reference for the settings surfaces themselves.

The settings navigation

Organization

The Organization page holds workspace-wide defaults: “These apply to everyone on your team.” It shows your organization name, avatar, and member count, alongside a Regional & fiscal section.
Changes on this page save automatically and apply across your workspace. There is no separate save step.

Regional and fiscal settings

Both settings shape how Deal Brain interprets relative time. If quarter-to-date numbers or “this week” summaries look wrong, check Fiscal Year Start and Start of Week before you look anywhere else.

Team

The Team page at /app/settings/team is where you “manage who can access Deal Brain and how their calls are attributed.” Use Add to bring someone in, and the Find a member search to locate an existing one. It has three tabs:
  • Members — the people in your workspace.
  • Teams
  • Mappings

Connections

Connections lists your Data Sources, each with a Connect button. These are the sources Deal Brain reads context from — the more you connect, the more complete your deal context. See Integrations overview for what each one unlocks, and the per-integration pages for setup detail and scopes.

Gong offers two connection methods

Gong is the one source that shows two options: a Connect button and a separate Connect with OAuth.

When a connection degrades

A connection can lapse — a token expires, or the upstream app revokes access. When that happens, Deal Brain stops syncing from that source and surfaces a banner on the Updates page:
Reconnect Granola — One or more integrations need to be reconnected before Deal Brain can resume syncing source data.
Click Reconnect on the banner to re-authorize.
A degraded connection means Deal Brain has stopped syncing source data from that integration. Briefs, action items, and CRM proposals go quietly stale rather than visibly failing, so reconnect promptly.

Opportunity Contacts

Opportunity Contacts gives you a search box and a results list.

Field Management

Field Management is where you configure the CRM fields Deal Brain tracks — scope, visibility, CRM sync, update behavior, frequency, write mode, and the descriptions that steer proposal quality. See Fields and CRM objects for the full settings guide.

API Keys

API Keys has a Create Key button and a list of your keys. Before you create one, the page reads “No API keys yet. Create one to get started.” Key creation, authentication, and endpoint reference live in the REST API introduction.
